Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

Medical conditions or problems as you mentioned here are very rare, but so many people complains about such situations now a days without any underlying cause.

Tingling sensation without pain or any other troublesome symptoms are treated as psychological in today's world because people read so many and have so much knowledge. But these knowledge are inconclusive.

You should consult a physician and explain the problem to him. As soon as he gives you medication and advice, you should learn to ignore these symptoms for further good.

Good luck.
