Tingly Sensation After Eating, Swollen Lips, Faint White Spots, No Herpes Or Cold Sore. Is This Reaction To Food?

Just ate a chicken, celery, and onion stir fry with hot dried chili peppers. Mid way through eating I felt a tingly sensation on my bottom lip and it looks like it s swollen and there s two faint white spots. I do not have herpes and have never gotten a cold sore . I m thinking it s a weird reaction to the food. Are there any other possible causes? Just turned 32 yesterday. weigh 180
