Tiny Little Pus And Water Filled Pimple Like Bumps On Cheeks. Can Otocomb Otic Cream Be Used On These Rashes?

Hello. I have heat rash on my face now for the past 20 hrs. Im in a humid place, and last night tiny little lumps began on my cheeks, when i woke they have filled like tiny little pimples, some pussy some watery. Im traveling in a country where i dont speak the language but with me i have otocomb otic cream. can i use a little of this on my rash?

Hi.i think u are suffering from papulopustular acne.aa short course of antibiotic and clindamycin lotion in the mornng and benzylperoxide in the night can cure it
