ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi, you seem to be having acute pharyngitis and the swollen glands are because of that only. Please take analgesics with steam inhalation and warm saline gargles. If the symptoms do not subside for few days and fever appears, please consult an ENT and you may need to start an antibiotic. Regards
