Tiredness In Legs, Paining While Walking. History Of Rest Less Leg Syndrome. Cure For Symptoms?

Hi,
I am Ramin 29 years old. During the past few months I feel a sense of extreme tiredness in my legs (especially in top, I think it is called Rectus Femoris) along with pain after walking hundreds of meters. I should say that I suffered Rest Less Leg syndrome in the past, but in this time it is totally different. I mean I feel pain and tiredness in top of my legs.
Could you please help me?!!

Thank you very much,
Ramin

Hi,
It seems that you might be having this problem due to lack of regular exercise or some vascular insufficiency in legs.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
Take B1, B6, B12 injection or capsules.
Take some calcium and vitamin A, D supplements.
Rule out diabetes.
Go for regular physical exercise.
Avoid sedentary life.
Ok and take care.
