Tiredness, Lack Of Energy, Dry Throat, Vomiting, Dizziness, Headache, Fever. Causes For Symptoms?

my sisters not well imnot sure whats wrong, shes tired+has no energy,she fainted two days ago, shes vommiting, all her mouth and throught is dry, she has a sore throught from the dryness, she feels dizzy, all her bones in her body is aching, she has a pain in her belly and a runnie nose , she has a headache , she cant seem to get warm only her head and face because her tempratures high whats wrong shes 16 years old

Hi Chole-annemarshall,
Thanks for writing your query.

You sister needs urgent clinical examination and investigations.
Get her investigated for :-
1. Complete Blood Count
2. Urine examination
3. Malaria and Typhoid test
4. Liver Function Test

She can be given paeracetamol 500 mg for fever and bodyache, Domperidone 10 mg once a day along with antacid Omeprazole 20 mg for vomitting.
Also take care of her hydration and diet.
Give her healthy diet including fresh fruits and vegatables.

Proper rest will help her to recover soon.
Medical management can be planned according to the reports of the investigations.
I would suggest that get her examined medically.
