Tiredness, Sleepiness, Eyes Burning, Headaches, Dry Skin, Weakness, Throat And Ear Problems. Suggestions?

I m always tired/sleepy and fall asleep quick, my feet fall asleep while I go to the bathroom, my eyes burn , head aches, dry flakey skin, no energy, depression , always sick to my stomach, throat and ear problems, to tired to care or want to have sex. Feel dizzy a bit but it gets better for a few minutes after I eat. Very between weight

Your description is not so much helpful such as throat and ear problems.
