Toddler Has Face And Cheek Look Bigger At One Side Than The Other. What Could This Be?

Hi, my 8 month old babies face and cheek look bigger at one side than the other. He has a flat bit on the back of his head too from sleeping too much on one side but was told that would go once he was growing, that was at 2 months or so, however that is still there. His face looks more like this in a mirror. What do you think this could be?

Hello, I have gone through your query.
In my opinion, this could probably be because of keeping stress on one side as you said. Let him not to stress on one side and growth in children is very rapid so the changes might be visible during 1 or 2 years of the development and don't need to worry.
Hope this helped you.
Thanks.
