Sir, I was playing karate mach before 7year that time my right too was tuice ed I show my too to doctor they said your too is ok .. but now my too swelled and I fell inside my too burning before two days I visited hospital doctor give. Rantac 150 enzoflam. Vcal cm I ate that But my not stoped to swell my too plz reply what to I do
The inflammation and swelling resulting after an injury will take certain time to heal and settle down. You cannot appreciate instant result with medications. It may take around 2-3 weeks to come to normalcy, if it is only a soft tissue injury. If there is any associated bony injury also, it will take much more time to heal.
- Avoid activities that cause pain, swelling or discomfort - Apply ice packs to the injured for 15 to 20 minutes at a time, four to eight times a day for several days - Elevate you foot end, most of the times in a day so as to reduce the swelling
