Took Anti Rabies Shot After A Dog Bite. Necessary To Go For The Second Shot?

on 8th the dog bite me on my left hand, the dog antirabies shot was due by 4 month, since the dog was with vet for an antirabies shot, , vet suggested me to wash my hands with soap, later i went to doctor she gave one tetnus and antirabies shot, the other shots was on11,15,19,24, due to busy schedule i could not able to take the second,

But the vet told me it is not necessary,please suggest me,

hello,

History of dog bite on the hand.
If the dog is vaccinated against rabies than it is less likely that will acquire rabies.
You have already taken one dose of anti rabies vaccination for post exposure prophylaxis.
It is better to complete the rest of the doses also.
You can take it in your neighbourhood showing the documents of the previous doses.
