Took Bed Rest After Fracture In D12, Spinal Cord After Fall. Feels Tension And Pain In This Area. Why ?

i am 32 year old ,i had fall down from 8 ft height due to which fracture in d12 bone & spine cord have straight slightly . i have undergone 3 month bed rest . fracture in d12 bone have gone better , but straight portion have suffered me , when i am on bed , i have feel tension on my skin & also pain & swealing on pressing .

Thanks for writing to us.
After prolonged bed rest for fracture vertebra, musle around spine get weakened. Now you need physiotherapy in form of back exercises to strengthen the muscle of back. Do these exercises under guidence of your physiotherapist.
