HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The change in the colour of the urine and painful urination would suggest that it is a recurrent infection which would require another set of antibiotics

The initial antibiotics may not have worked because the bacteria causing the infection may not have been responsive to that medication. Bacteria can be resistant to some medications.
A urine sample may have to be sent to the lab to find out exactly which organism is causing the infection and which antibiotics would best treat it.

You should go to your doctor for an assessment and treatment.

I hope this helps
