Took Two Sirolimus In One Day. Is This Considered As Overdose?

My mum takes 2 (1mg) sirolimus (Rapamune) per day, one in the morning , on in the evening. Tonight, she was out and took her dose but when she came home she took another one by mistake (after four hours of first one). Is this considered as overdose ? Should she go to the emergency room?

Hi
thanks for your query
If your mother has taken only 2 tablets then I do not think that she needs to go the emergency room. However, henceforth she should be more careful with the timings of her pills.
Hope this helps
Good luck.
