Tooth Ache And Headache. Getting Sinus Infection?

I am having left front tooth pain and sometimes i will get a headache after the pain starts. i have seen a dentist and he filed tooth down a little but otherwise no problems were noted. I did receive an antibiotic at that time just in case I was getting a sinus infection and I did feel better after several days of the antibiotic. This tooth pain can really get bad aroung my menses.

Hello,
Infection of tooth has spread into periapical infection, resulting in headache.
Tooth has to be root canal treated,or infected pulp has to be removed completely.
Take complete course of medicines prescribed.
Maintain oral hygiene well.
Visit your dentist in every 6 months.
Use chlorhexidine mouthrinses to gargle.
Use warm saline to gargle.
Hope this helps.
