Toothpick Stuck In Foot, Mild Pain, Open Wound With Pus Leakage, Arthritic Body Pain. Remedy?

I stepped on half of a toothpick it got stuck in foot its no longer in there since we opened wound created whole a little bit of pus come out not much it closed back up no i m in a little milder version of pain when it started on top of that i have arthritis whole body is hurting feels like the pain comes from my foot and causes me to hurt all over what should i do?

It seems that your foot has got infected due to the foreign body. It needs a direct examination to drain the pus and to ascertain that the toothpick has been completely removed.
