Tore Deep After Intercourse, Raw Spot On Penis. What Happened ?
Hi. I gave birth on 6-5-13 and am 4 wks post partum. My doctor told me that i tore and it was more deep than long. Even though we weren t suppose to, my husband and I had intercourse yesterday and I injured him somehow. Toward the top of his penis, right under the head there is a raw spot that he says felt like it was scratched. The pain isn t unbearable but he says it hurts. Could there still be a stitch or two that hasn t dissolved? We will not be having intercourse for a few weeks needless to say.

As you have suffered a tear during the process of giving birth a stitch would have been applied (most probably dissolvable stitches) you should have abstained from sexual intercourse for at least 2-3 months, to give it time to heal.
But as you have indulged in intercourse this could have resulted in an injury in your vagina and delayed the process of healing and yes, quite possibly even injured your husbands penis.
Do not worry about this, keep both your genitals clean and dry to avoid infections, and continue to abstain from intercourse till your doctor deems it fit. In the meantime, you could add epsom salt to your baths and immerse your body in it, which will act as a disinfectant.
