Hi Sir It has been 9 months to my marriage but there is still No Conceiving. This is my semen analysis report Please tell me Is there any problem. If there then please mention that point. The Semen Analysis report is as under, Quantity: 2 ml Time of Liquification: 20 Min PH: 7.4 Total Count: 38 Mill/ml Sperm per Ejaculate: 76 Mill Percentage Motile Sperm: 53% Rapid linear Progression: 2% Slow/non linear Progression: 53% Non Progressive: 45% Normal Form: 40% Please Sir help me. I will be very thankful to you

Hello,
Welcome to HCM,
Don't get depressed. Nine month is not a big period, and one report of semen is not sufficient. Get your semen once more examined after abstinence for at least a week. As the defect can be with your wife also, you should get her examined by a gynaecologist. You &/or your wife can take treatment if required. Further in a regular cycle of 28 days ovulation generally takes place on 14th day, which can be detected by using Ovulation Prediction Kit. To increase the chances of conception you should do intercourse only on ovulation day & during a few days thereafter & take balanced diet.

Unfortunately I am sorry to say you have a low sperm count and Low motility

You should consult an andrologist or an infertility specialist for the treatment
