Treatment For Blood In Urine

I have blood in my urine which I have had for years and keep an eye on with my urologist. He recently told me I have white blood cells in my urine but tested negative for abnormal cells. Now I am experiencing pain in my public bone. First it started on the left side now it is in both sides. What is going with me?

Dear- pain in the pelvic are with microscopic hematuria could be secondary to kidney stones or irritation of the bladder . Other possibility is bladder or kidney cancer. However, you had a negative urine samples for abnormal cell, which goes against cancer. The best test to identify any urine abnormality is a cyctoscopy, on which a direct visualization of the area will give more information of the problem. Sometimes, urethral strictures can give you this symptoms and urethral dilation helps to improve it.
I hope that my advise has been helpful
