Treatment For Borderline Diabetes

My doctor told me that i have borderline diabetes? I get dizzy sometime, my vision sometimes is blurry but he claims that is my allergys? I am suppose to be concern. It runs in my family. I have 2 brothers already with it....help how do I prevent this?

There is nothing called BORDERLINE DIABETES. As far as your sugars are concerned you can be a Non-Diabetic or Prediabetic or Diabetic. The best way to confirm this is by doing a GTT (Glucose Tolerance Test). This test will exactly point out the diagnosis. If at all you are a prediabetic you can prevent/postpone diabetes by altering your diet, going for regular exercise and losing weight. Strong family history is a very important risk factor for diabetes. So please do not delay and get the GTT done.
