ANT.URETHERA- SOFT STRICTURE IN BULBAN URETHERA ( dilated) mucosa inflammed. large(L) to be of pros tate obstructing entire lumen. R-LOBE IS NOT ENLARGED. inflammatory agents , urinary alkalizers , prophylactic antifungal molecules
for emergency relief
- followed by definite management of stricture in form of Cystoscopic
