Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
There could be some event of fear.or shock happened when you are pregnant, in relation to the vehicles, or petrol.
You would have got hypertension, or some other disease, during pregnancy. It might be causing the feeling of reeling.
If hypertension is excluded, you can consult a psychiatrist, for treatment for a brief period.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to correct anemia, or any deficiencies.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
