Treatment For Child S Prick Mark On Stomach, Cough, Watery Eyes?

hi my 7 month old baby has not been well for two days now hes had watery blood shot eyes, sleeping mostly all day, a Flemish cough and i also just noticed one small prick mark on his tummy just wondering what you recommend? although he has been eating and drinking ok

He seems to have a viral which is very common in infants, if he has no fever give him a supportive treatment of good food, avoid anything cold, and I suggest nebulizing for the cough.
