Treatment For Dehydration And Sore Penis

Over the past 2 days I have suffered dehydration, I have not been able to urinate and when I have the tip of my penis has been sore. After drinking much water I have now started to urinate properly again however now I notice skin type discharge in my urine. Is this all due to the dehydration?

Thanks for asking me this question.

After reading your complain I think because of dehydration you have problem of sore penis.

Drink more water don't stop to take water.
Avoid spicy foods.
Take more fruit juice and water.
Drink lemon water and coconut water.

After taking this much care still you have problem of sore penis than do urine analysis.

In urine test pus cells are present that indicate urinary tract infection.Start antibiotic in UTI.
