Treatment For Diarrhoea, Kidney Pain And Fatty Liver

I have had diarrhea for over a week now. No fever, but it s like water, at first the Imodium wasn t helping. Went in to see my dr and she ordered blood test and a stool sample. Blood test has shown I have a fatty liver, elevated white blood cells. I was given two antibiotics and something for my nausea. I have gone 2 days with no BM now it s small and very soft then to diarrhea. I m extremely nauseated and the stool sample hasn t come back yet. I ve been on the antibiotics for 24 hours. I sweat very easily recently, I m having pain in my kidney area.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of diarrhea, recurrence even after 2 antibiotics and antacid, Imodium did not help, blood tests showed raised WBC and fatty liver.
The cause can be as follows:
The antibiotics can kill all the bacteria and hence the bacterial flora balance gets disturbed causing the reappearance of the diarrhea as can be indicated by the repeat stool and blood test.
Treatment with probiotics, bananas, yogurt, activated charcoal may help control further.
If the stool test is indicative then change over of antibiotic may be needed.
Also watch for proper treated water and home-made fresh foods, nothing from outside at all to be consumed.
