Hi.. Treatment in early stages involves use of pain killers, adequate rest, physiotherapy and if needed use of knee supports while walking.. If the symptoms progress inspite of these medications then more aggressive treatment in the form of injectable medications will be used...

knee cartilage degenerative changes and hypertrophic changes of bone tissue around
articular surface.
In gonarthosis treatment, beside hygienic
and diet measures, physical therapy, nonsteroid
anti-rheumatics significant place is left
for surgical treatment and implanting of total
replacement artrhoplasty of knee joint.
