Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Its likely to be due to vaginismus that is due to spasm of vaginal muscle.
Unlikely to be tear of vagina as that could be highly painful.
If the symtpms persists would suggest you to contact Your Gynecologist for further management.

In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life

Take Care
