Treatment For Pain And Restricted Movement After Hip Replacement?

Hi I had a total hip replacement almost 3 years ago and I have hap pain ever since I also hap physio for 10 months still getting pain and very restricted movement. I have to get mywife to help with YYYY@YYYY socks and pants ect ps I am 68 years old
