Treatment For Stiff Neck Due To Hard Lumps On Either Side Of Spine?

Have two lumps, doctor says subcontanious. Hard, left side about 6cm, right side lump 3cm approx, either side of spine, back of neck. cannot be moved, tender. makes neck feel constantly stiff. discovered months ago, not getting smaller and not going away 26 yrs old

I am so sorry to her about this stiff neck resulting from lumps on both sides. These lumps most likely represent swollen lymph nodes. Swollen lymph nodes can represent and infection or a more concerning disease state like cancers, tuberculosis, infiltrative disease, etc. Seen the longstanding nature of these lumps, you need to be consulted and managed accordingly for this possible disease. Also, if nothing is done, they can continue and prevent you from eating freely or breathing easily. It would be best to consult your primary care doctor!
