hi Dr, im having thi umcomfortable feeling a if i have this package in my tomach, and i feel that it; pretty much do to holding in my sperm but for a period of more than a day. it been around two day and i havent been able to poop, and bearly pee,also during holding perm in i hold in my pee and poop for around the ame period. what do u think doc? ,

Hi. There should not be any relation to holding sperms , urine and stool.
You look to be confused for asking what you really are suffering and want from a Doctor.
Take plenty or oral fluids and a good diet. Have a sound sleep, stop thinking about the problems for which you do not have must solution and see, you will have a better life.
IF still necessary , consult a Doctor who on taking careful history of what exactly you have and want , can prescribe you the best possible Medicines.
