Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello, Welcome to Health Care Magic

Tiredness, loss of strength or weakness, panic attacks, anxiety, lack of concentration can occur due to a number of reasons like

Anaemia especially iron deficiency anaemia, Vitamin B12 deficiency or there can be a possibility of low thyroid hormones levels. Consult a physician to evaluation and to rule out these condition.

Anxiety is common in such presentation. I would advise you to consult a psychiatrist for treatment.

SSRIs and SNRIs are used in anxiety and depression. Fluoxetine, Paroxetine, Sertraline etc are commonly used drugs. These drugs will help in improving mood and will reduce anxiety.

Relaxation exercises and breathing exercises will help in early recovery.

Thanks
