Treatment For Wrist Pain After Putting Cast For Injury?

I am 84 yrs old (female), broke my wrist 9-21-13. When sent to a Dr Arthur Taylor, Orthopedic Spine Center (Las Vegas) He had a cast only put on my right hand & wrist (I'm right handed) without setting the break via nerve block, at that time. It is extremely painful after 5 months perhaps healing the wrong way and beyond proper repair..It is my opinion, too that he is also guilty of insurance fraud. I've received a letter with notification that he divorced himselp fron any further help from his facility. I need help desperatly, 5 mos is a long time. Can only use my computer using the tip of one finger on right hand, cannot use rt hand. Thank you for ANY help.

i would like to help in the best possible way.But for that i need to see your xray and hand picture. do you find any difference in the shape of two hands?
since,it's been 5 month,fracture usually unite much before that.so,continue with excercises,tab.ibuprofen on sos basis.
