Trembling In Bottom Lip, Cold Flushing Feeling In Left Side Of Head, Having Fibromyalgia. Recommendations?

Hi I have fibromyalgia (13 yrs now) but just recently have started feeling some new symptoms ive never had before and wondered if it is related or not. I have a trembling in my bottom lip and feel very trembly inside also a cold flushing feeling every so often in the left side of my head. Hope you can help thankyou.

Hello,
You must get done thyroid function tests.
There can be associated thyroid disease as autoimmune disease may be associated.
You must have a physician advice for that.
And you must continue your medicines for fibromyalgia
