Troubled Urination, Burning Sensation, Swollen Urethra, Yellow Discharge, Had Yeast Infection, Bacterial Vaginosis. Cause?

Hi,
I am a 20 year old female and I been having trouble peeing. Whenever I pee I get a really bad burning sensation and I looked down there and my urethra is swollen and it looks like it has a white discharge inside. I also have a thin yellowish discharge coming out of my vagina as well. About a month ago I had a yeast infection and bacterial vaginosis but got treated for it. Do you think this can be the cause of it ? I am not sexually active.

Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have acute UTI secondary to bacterial Vaginitis.
Please get your routine urine and culture done to find out the causative organisms and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.
Consult qualified Urologist and take antibiotics as per culture report. Please ensure to take more water to keep your urine dilute.
This should get cured in week.
