Trying To Avoid Salt And Sugar Products. What To Do With Fruits Containing Natural Sugar?

Hi there!
trying to avoid salt for hypertension and now have a worry that I may have the onset of mild diabetes...and trying to avoid sugar products - I don't add sugar to anything right now...but many fruits contain natural sugar...what to do? I'm increasing exercise, drinking more water yet per my doctor's advice and schedule for another blood-sugar test in about a month.

Hi Friend..
Thanks for using Health Care Magic...

Do not be worried about mild increased blood sugar level. I advice you to be on strict diet and exercises to burn out energy that gets deposited in liver.
Also get prescribed for Metformin 500 mg twice a day for a month will help you in having a good control in sugar level in next scheduled blood-sugar test.

No restriction in fruits as you are in early stage of diabetes .
Hope I provided information to help you out of diabetes..
Take Care..
