Trying To Conceive. Started Spotting. HPT Negative. Could It Be Implantation Bleeding?

hi, i am about 12 dpo my husband and i are ttc, i have always had semi regular periods, between 28 and 32 days. i have not been on birth control for almost 2 years although we only recently srated trying to get pregnant, i started very light bleeding the day before yesterday. it was pink and brown blood and since yesterday afternoon the bleeding is only spotting, i have done a hpt but it was negative, could i still be pregnant could this have been implantaion bleeding, or was that my period do you think? why would my period change? i also noticed that after sex the bleeding seemed a tiny bit heavier

hello,
You are now TTC and devoid of contraceptive pill for last 2 yrs.
Now present with brown & pink blood with negative pregnancy test. It may be early implantation bleeding or old uterine blood.
Do a USG for pelvis to rule out the underlying pathology.Then consult with your gynecologist.
Also need some investigation like hormone profile,ovulation test,tubal patency test etc including Fresh Semen Analysis of your husband for evaluation of infertility.
Do unprotected sex around ovulation time for highest possibility of pregnancy.May use Ovulation Kit to predict your ovulation time.
Take healthy diet,avoid stress,do regular exercise and proper sleep along with Vit-E supplements.
