Trying To Conceive. Taking Folvite And Calcium. Normal Torch Antibodies Test. Chances Of Pregnancy?
Hi, I had miscarried 2years back, me and my husband want to conceive again, so we consulted doctor and taken torch antibodies test, result was rubella igg positive, ibm was negative, tsh, tbc are all normal. doc gave me folvite and calcium tablets for 3 months, she asked us to try for baby after 3 months, what will happen if I conceive immediately in my very next cycle?
Hello Thanks for your query. ALl your investigations are normal. Nothing would happen if you conceive in your very next cycle. Its just that taking folic acid periconceptionally is recommended, as it lowers your risk of having abnormal babies. So you can definitely try for pregnancy soon, however, taking folic acid 3 months before planning a pregnancy is recommended. All the best.
