Trying To Conceive, Taking Clomid, Missed Periods, Reached Menopause. Suggestion?

I am 44 year old,av tried getting pregnant for the last two years,recently i visited a gyno who prescribed for me clomid ,immediately after taking the dose i have missed my periods since and i have also tested negative for pregnancy,he tells me I have reached menopause ,while I have never missed my periods before taking clomid,what could be the problem? I desperately wants to get pregnant

Hello mam, I'm my opinion you should get an ultrasound done and if it is normal and if you still don't get your periods get your hormone levels checked viz FSH, AMH and prolactin.visit your gynecologist with reports.
