Hi thanks for your question.
There are 4 major causes of infertility. No 1.problems with male that is abnormal semen or inadequate erection. No 2.problem with uterus. No 3.Problem with tubes and No 4.Problems with ovulation.
You are not having any problems with your husband, your uterus ,tubes and ovaries are normal. Most probably you are having problems with ovulation. Since pregnancy which was terminated medically was result of clomiphene and HCG.HCG is used for ripening of the follicles and clomiphene also help in ovulation. So problem seems to be with ovulation. I would suggests you to consult a gynaecologist or an infertility specialist who may get your ovulation study done to rule out any problems with ovulation and may treat you accordingly. Hope this answers your question
