Trying To Poop, Hurts, Bright Red Blood Comes Out, Lower Abdominal Pain

My boyfriend for the past couple days (and previously, but not often) has tried to poop and nothing but bright red blood comes out. he has been able to poop lately, and it is normal he says - no blood when he poops. he gets lower abdominal pain when this happens and it burns when the blood is coming out. what could this be? he has also in the past spit out bright red blood as well.

This could be "Hemorrhoid" he should never exert the force at the time of defection fibber containing diet, drinking more water, beside this sitz bath and the intra rectum application "Policresulen oint" would be helpful, if this dos not helps then clinical examination would be necessary, another possibility could be Protozoa intestinal infection and that could be simultaneous treated, with the drugs " Tab Metronidazole 400mg twice in day, Tab Dicyclomine three times in day" hope this information helps you have nice day.
