Twin Boys, Less Weight. On Lactodex LBW, Breast Milk. Should We Give Them The Baby Lactodex 1/2?

Hi doctor, I have twin baby boys which had birth weight of 2.24 KG and 2.4 KG. Now after a month they are 2.35 KG and 3 KG repectively. After their birth(at 36weeks 5days), we were asked to feed the babies with Lactodex LBW in addition to breast milk and we are continuing it till today. Should we further continue Lactodex LBW or should we give the baby Lactodex1 / 2 ? please provide you valuables inputs. The babies are 1 month old now.
