Twisted Knee, Swollen, Tender Spot Below Knee Cap. Wearing Brace
About 3 weeks ago I twisted my left knee . It was pretty swollen the first week and a half. The swelling is better but I have a very tender spot about 2 inches below my knee cap and off to the inside part of my leg. Im wearing a brace while I work. My knee makes a cracking sound when I walk. The pain is getting better than a week ago but still hurts.

You are having a knee sprain due to ligament injury. Please continue wearing the brace for as much time possible except when you are having a bath. Your condition will improve in 4 weeks and soon the pain will also disappear. Please consult a physiotherapist and learn knee mobilising exercises for early locomotion.
