Twisting In Hand, Cracking, Feeling Like Bone Out Of Place. Any Ideas?

Hi, a few days ago I hurt my wrist and i have no clue how i did it. I woke up one morning and i was twisting my hand and it was cracking alot and it felt like a bone was moving in a out of place. Now when i put pressure or even move my hand in any directions it hurts like crazy? What could be wrong with it. Its not bruised or swollen, it just hurts like crazy.

Hi, it appears that you have arthritis, of the wrist, it could be osteo arthritis, rheumatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis.
You may need to have tests, E.S.R, C.reactive protein, and R.A.factor for confirmation. So i advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
