UTI, On Bactrim Medication, Red Flecks In Urine, When Will Effect Of Antibiotic Take Place ?

i have a UTI , been on antibiotics ( Bactrim ) for 36 hours. I m now seeing red flecks in my urine and still uncomfortable. how long does it normally take for the antibiotics to take effect?

Effects of any antibiotics starts best after 24-48 hours.

You will get its effect now,

Take plenty of water and some alkalizing syrup.
