Ultrasound Done During Pregnancy. Is The Report Normal?

my wife age 27 with 8 weeks pregnancy
UTERUS -antiverted gravid uterus with evidence of intrauterine gestational sac with no fetal pole internal OS closed
OVERY- left overy is normal in shape size and volume . right ednexa shows a thin walled echofree cyst with a single septa (9*5.6 cm)
adnexa clear
no fluid seen in pelvic region
