Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

According to reports, there is difference in growth of G-sac(it is the pouch in which embryo grows) and embryo. G-sac appears smaller in size as compared size of embryo.

Also there is disparity in the maturity of embryo based on your LMP and actual USG findings. It may be due to many reasons like wrong date of LMP,technical error by sonologist in measurement.

At present, main concern is small size of G-sac as it is not a good sign.
You should have follow-up scan after 7-10 days.
Hope i have answered your query.

Take Care
