Hello and welcome to HCM,
The ultrasound report suggests presence of a cyst measuring 5.6x4.6x4.8 cm.
In each ovarian cycle, multiple follicles are formed in the ovary. One of these follicles matures to form dominant follicle. This dominant follicle ruptures to release ovum.
This repeated follicle formation, follicle enlargement and ovulation leads to formation of cysts in the ovary.
Majority of the cysts are asymptomatic.
They become symptomatic when the size increases.
Menstrual abnormalities can also occur.
The cyst will not affect the current pregnancy.
relax and don't worry.

Thanks and take care
