Ultrasound Shows Minimal Fullness Of PSC Of Right Kidney, Acute Back Pain. What Is The Main Cause?

hi, Doc, my Ultrasound shows minimal fullness of PSC of Right kidnbey. I had acute pain on right back and front side for almost 5 days remained on pain killer. still pain comes after exhaustion. mild fever for one day. what is the main cause. taking antibiotics on doctor advice.

The pain on the right side of the back with a dilated PCS is suggestive of an infection in the renal area. This needs proper oral antibiotics for relief after a urine culture.
