Ultrasound Shows Ovarian Cysts. Have Hirsutism And Amenorrhea. Best Treatment?

hello, whats best treatment for ovarian cysts , did blood tests and today ultrasound, reported more than 15 follicle cysts on each ovary ..17 year teen,180 lbs, hirtuism and ammennorhea,. already 44DD bust size and afraid of what oc may cause. no glucose testing performed yet..left ovary 12.4 cm and right ovary 15.3 cm, endometrial thickness 0.73cm no fluid POD no adrenal mass. help please

this is pcod which is a metabolic disorder.
check your serum insulin fasting and postprandial level.
exercise and reduction of weight will regularise the cycle.
you may need t.glycomet to correct your insulin resistence.
