Unable To Lose Weight, Eating Frequent Meals, Less Quantity Of Food Per Meal. Tips To Lose Weight?

I was just concerned because I lost about 7 lb in like 90 days my eating habits have changed some but I eat all the time just not much at a time i guess what concerned me is my weight has stayed the same give or take 3-4 lbs last weight at dr was 140lb last week 133.6 on work scale this week 132.8 should i be even worried?

Hi,
the issue about losing weight is controlling your feeding habits, eating more vegetables and fruits and doing regular exercise. Aerobic exercise for 30 minutes thrice a weeks might do you some good. Walking or brisk walking for 45 minutes to 60 minutes could be of help.
Do not put it into your mind as a burden and exercise regularly with joy, take it a habit.
Think might help. You might get pedometres to time yourself to know exactly the amount of time you do walk when you do exercise. Exercise and a rich vegetable and fruit diet remain the key.

you need not to worry all about it because 1-2 kg weight loss or gain not problem just take frequently small amount meal.
Don’t ever try heavy dieting it may give you negative result and don’t take tension because in tension some hormones may affect your body to increase weight
