Unable To Straighten Arm Due To Non Displaced Radial Head Fracture. How To Treat It?

Hello , I fell 10 weeks ago this week finally got an X-ray since I am unable yo straighten my arm , found to have a intraarticular radial head fracture non displaced . Why can t I straighten my arm ? What are the different treatments ? Is Surgery needed ? To fix this

The fracture limb can not move normally in either of direction due to the plane of movement get disturb due to the fracture the alignment goes off, so the normal articulation is not possible until the fracture get sets up either with casting reduction, or surgery, it is all depend upon the nature of fracture but without treating the fracture not possible to move the arm or straight, have nice day.
